MRG's strategic litigation progamme
Minority Rights Group International is involved in strategic litigation to improve access to justice for minority and indigenous communities and to fill existing gaps in the law which mean these communities are disproportionately affected.
MRG is keen to establish links with national and international NGOs with experience or interest in strategic litigation on minority and indigenous rights. Please do contact us if you know of a case that might fall within our remit - though please be aware we are limited in the number of lead cases we can take on ourselves.
We are also available to support litigation through other means, such as through the drafting of third party interventions (amicus briefs) or advice briefs.
For those wishing to engage with MRG's legal cases work, please contact Lucy Claridge at lucy.claridge@mrgmail.org or on +44 20 7422 4223.
If you wish to inform MRG of potential cases to become involved in, please fill in a complaints form in one of the languages listed in the right-hand menu.
